My account got permanently suspended, so it will not let me take my money out of my account

For some reason my account got suspended, and I have about $50 still in the account. It keeps asking me if I want to transfer this money out of the account, but when I click yes through my back account it says there is a problem with my account (the problem is that it is suspended). Am I in an infinite limbo?

I regret that you have experienced a permanent limitation. When our review team deems it necessary to limit an account permanently, it is because of an evaluation of all of the information available. Any funds on the account will be held for up to 180 days as per the User Agreement. You will be notified via email, once the funds are eligible for withdraw.
