I have a business PayPal Account and I was trying to add my Debit Card but it was showing the card declined then I thought let's test it with a random number card and when I tried it shows we cannot add it right now but it was added in the list and I just left it as it is and then on next day I got account limited message now I'm not able to remove the card or add any card. Paypal keeps asking me to confirm that card which is just a random number. Now I just want to request paypal to help me by removing that cards and allow my PayPal account so I can use it or I'll close it. because I have another paypal account which is verified and linked with my bank
