Hello If any one can help , my PayPal account was put on hold for the 180 day what I was fine with but on the 17th of March all funds £14500 was sent to PayPal for damages . When I phoned PayPal they said it was because two of my payments had raffle in the notes . I try to tell them this was not a gambling raffle it was a name of I item that I sell and it’s custom made , Reading the aup the max fines are $2500 each so would be $5000 not £14500 even if I did wrong . I was told to email the aup team as the PayPal phone team could not help . The email was sent close to 1 week ago and seen no email back Does some one know what I can do as this is my business funds what I have sold items and posted them as well so basically £20k+ Down at the moment.
