My account awaiting approval for identification verification
I have, for many months, been awaiting approval with the new identification requirements. I have provided everything that I have been asked for, spoken to someone on the telephone, and been assured that they are processing my request. I still have a notification alert every time I open my account that says I can’t use my account until I provide the required documentation. I have several times emailed to ask What more to do, and have never had any response. Does anyone know anything about this?
