My account access is temporally limited

After I provided the required informations about my account, I understood you will get back to me within few business days, but no one try to contact me I didn't receive any email from PayPal! And my money are still blocked on it ! And I tried again to provide the documents but I cant load any document, it gave me error ! I also tried to change my primary number phone I cant ,,,,

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
