Hello,

I got the following notification on my Paypal account:
After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

Also, the following:

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

I just sell some items (mostly plants, because i have a small nursery garden, but it's not my job) on Etsy.com. Is it illegal? What can i do to solve it? Because i can't solve it through my Paypal account. There are no available steps. Can i send an e-mail? If yes, what's the e-mail?

Thank you in advance,

Maria

I've had the same message - the response from Paypal is either a generic linking to the acceptable use policy or one response saying to go to resolution and follow the steps to resolve - there is no option to follow any steps, absolutely no option to resolve. I have had my paypal account for 15 years and have never violated any policies. I have absolutely no idea what they are accusing me of and they don't seem able to tell me! I use paypal to buy my bus ticket every week to go to work as well as buying goods myself so they have now **bleep** me over big time.  Their customer service is appalling.
