Hi!
My account was permanently limited on April 7th of 2020, it's now been well over 4 months and I'm finding myself unable to withdraw my remaining funds. I received an email about the limitation stating that my account would be reviewed again 30 days after the limitation, which would be May (which was 3 months ago), however, I never received an email about the account review, and am still unable to withdraw my money. I am aware that any remaining funds in my account should be released 180 days after the initial limitation, but I can't afford to wait that long as I'm dependant on the money I've got left in my account. Any advice on how to deal with this situation would be greatly appreciated.
