My account access is limited - but unable to resolve for 5 months now!

Hi guys,

 

do you know how to fix this? My account access is limited, I click on resolve, it shows I should confirm some information. I click on that, but everything is green, and it does not show any problems, nothing to update/ confirm. Bank account, card is linked as well. So from there, I cannot go any further, but still, I cannot use my account.

 

How on earth can I solve it? So annoying, because I also just cannot even contact PayPal directly...

Same with me but my acc has been limited for a week

i have the exact same problem! Ive sent them more than six emails now and still no response. A lady told me that she managed to get hold of an account manager to help her with that but unfortunately she stopped replying after i asked her how she got in touch with such a person. This is so frustrating.
