My Personal Info and Address

So I filed a dispute with this **bleep** who I paid yesterday and he never shipped my item or responded to my messages.  Now he is **bleep**.  Question:  when I sent him the payment, can he see my home address?????  This is big security concern, becuase now guy is **bleep** and I don't want him showing at my door steps.

If he didn't have your address then how would he have been able to ship your item when you paid?
