In July, my Paypal account was blocked, because I reached a limit and was underage. I never knew I had to be 18, which is dumb cause I had to read the Guidelines but I chose not to. I do not know why I didn't choose to do so, but am I still able to make a new Paypal account when I turn 18? What would happen if I made an account then if it wasnt allowed?
I'm just curious, if I am banned/blocked, then that's the way it is and I will absolutely not make another account if these are the rules. That would just get me in trouble.
