I recently opened a Paypal account because my friend from Japan wanted to send me an amount of money. However we were not very familiar to Paypal and she accidentally sent me the money under the option of Payment for an item or service instead of Sending to a friend.
So the problem now is that Paypal limited my account and required many business related documents for me to become a Verified Seller, before I can receive the payment for the item (even though I never sell anything) and use my account normally. I do not have any business, so of course I cannot provide any proof of transaction or business documents.
I already sent an email to Paypal but haven't received any responses for days. Is there any solution to this problem?
