My Paypal account was hacked into. I was charged 600 dollars for I don't know what. The first time I complained at PayPal they told me the transaction turned out to be legitimate. I filed another complaint through the phone menu service. I have to wait until morning at 6 am pacific time to talk to someone on the phone. In the meantime, I have spoken to my bank about the situation but the transaction went through.

I am sorry to hear a payment was made on your PayPal account that you do not recognize. As you have appealed the claim decision a new review will take place on the account and you will receive an email update once the review is complete.
