My PayPal permanently Limited but i am getting Email to Confirm my Identity

My PayPal account limited permanently last month.

I have contacted to PayPal many times but no reply at all.

Now yesterday i got an email from PayPal to confirm my identity.

I request you kindly check my Paypal messages and remove limit from my account.

My Paypal is permanently limited, i have sent many messages but no reply at all. Paypal team please have a look there. @PayPal_Lilly 

My paypal was limited on 5th-Jan-2021 and i got this email yesterday. PayPal team please check that system also know that i am not involved in fraudland activities. Kindly review my messages in message center.
