My PayPal account limited for long time.

I do not know why my account is limited. I gave all information asked but my account limitation is not removing. 

Kindly help. They are not responding to any emails and telling the same junk over phone again and again.

Sadly not a lot we can do about it, only customer services can help you with limitations.
