Hi, PayPal community. from what I've seen; it is nearly obvious that when a Paypal account is limited; the user is asked to upload documents like bank statements or driver's license .. etc in order to restore the Paypal account.
but for me; it's different. when I go to "https://www.paypal.com/restore/dashboard" I don't see anything required to restore my account.
All I can see is that I can no longer use Paypal.
What should I do in order to restore my account and be able to use Paypal again?
Sadly yours is a permanent ban, paypal are no longer allowing you to open or use a paypal account.
