My PayPal account has been limited

Hello Paypal Community

I have had my PayPal account limited and have uploaded proof of address and id 10 days ago and have received no reply

I have gone to PayPal facebook and have been told there to wait until an agent looks into my case ...i have 

not been told how long is this wait hours, days or more so have been patiently waiting about 4 hours on live chat 

with no response.

Can someone please advise what I should do next
