My PayPal Account limited

Hi. I just used PayPal application, but i have a problem with my account as my account is limited. i got some email from PayPal and asked me to provide my id address that shows my address and asked me to describe about the transaction in my account.

I tried to login and go to the Resolution Center to solve my id address but i can not find where should i provide my id address, and why i use the PayPal is only for my personal transaction. Please help me how to resolve this cases...Thanks

If you're not finding any notices in the Resolution Center you should call PayPal or send them a message from within your account.

Mine too. I want to contact paypal however Im from Philippines, and I cant contact any number outside our country. Please help me!
