My PayPal account was temporary limited for 4 months. They wanted me to confirm my identity but I could not do that because I’m under 18, a couple of days ago to prove my identity I just uploaded blank images. Then I got an email saying my account was Limited forever with no instructions as to how to withdraw my money. For everyone it says to wait 180 days but it didn’t say that for me. How do I withdraw my money!?
