My Pay account got suspended

Hi, community

 

I have been received an email from PayPal that I can no longer use my account after I provided the required documents.

I have replied to the email but got back an automatic reply. So, please advise me on the below questions.

1. Which contact or email should I communicate with PayPal to appeal my case?

2. Can I create a new PayPal account, if I can not get back my existing account? or is the new account going to be suspended again?
