Logged onto my PP account today to find it is £2 in the red! This has never happened to me before, the funds automatically go through my credit card (which still has plenty of credit on it) so I would like to know how this happened and what to do please
Thank you for any advice you can give

Hi, thanks for replying.....
I had a dispute raised with Ebay for the first time ever today.....I sold something for £4, posted it and she opened a case saying she hadn't received it. But I wrote back with details of the certificate of posting. I'm waiting to hear further. But for so small a sum how could £2 debit accrue?
I paid the £2 I hated to see myself in debt - does this mean she gets refunded??!!

Probably, proof of postage just means you posted the item, it doesn't mean that they recieved it.
So if you don't have trackable proof of delivery you would lose any dispute.
