Hello, my account is currently limited due to not having an ID registered in it. I currently have a Government Issued ID and a Florida ID, none of which are on the list. I can't contact customer service due to the pandemic, I tried and received a warning message stating so.
I really need to remove these limitations because I seriously need to withdraw some funds I got from an Ebay refund. Usually, Ebay refunds directly to my card, but they decided to issue the most recent ones to my Paypal instead.
If anyone knows any solution or action I can take, please let me know.
