My Gmail was hacked on February 26th, the hacker set up filters on my Gmail account so that I won't get notifications on any purchase made. I only noticed on March 2rd when I was logging in to Paypal. (He also stole my steam account that I can't get back anymore)
I instantly file a case to Paypal because I didn't make the purchase and it wasn't mailed to me. But after a few days paypal said that it wasn't unauthorized and want me to pay back the negative balance. (The hacker put in another card on my account which have no balance and used my Paypal, the negative balance stayed on my account after he remove the card.)
What can I do?
