My account is being permanently limited for no reason, and not only that. All my family member's Paypal account was permanently limited at the same time and day it happened to me. This is outrageous and unfair as I have done absolutely nothing wrong nor did my kids and I tried calling Paypal but due to the coronavirus and shortage of staff they couldn't pick up the calls so I understand that. But after sending messages on the help center they sent me the same copy-pasted message saying my account was permanently limited, without even providing a reason or how I can get help. This is so cruel and it makes me so heartbroken and powerless to have to go through this.😭 Please help me and don't do this to me.
