Not sure what happened. I sold a piece of jewelry for $368 on Ebay. The customer said it wasn't sized properly. Ebay found in my favor and I was told the funds were returned. I was negative $368. While I waited for a resolution, the items sold on Ebay cleared through PayPal, and the $368 was erased. I saw no profit. Was unable to transfer funds to bank, since PayPal was negative balance. However, I assumed that once the Resolution was found in my favor, those funds would clear and I would see a POSITIVE $368. No such luck. What happened?
