My Dispute Was Denied

My dispute was denied because I inserted the wrong information. Now I can't start another dispute against the same seller. I don't know where or who to call. This seller won't answer any of my emails. This whole buying thing on Facebook is a scam and I'm not getting the help from PayPal that I expect.

You can open x1 dispute per transaction.

If item not received then you select the non receipt option, if its received but not as described then you select that one.

Not sure how you can put in wrong information doing that?
