My Account's been hacked!

I've lost over $100 worth of money in the past week, but whenever I check my account, there's no verification as to where my money went and to whom. The money's just.. gone. And now Paypal's telling me I owe them money, which is strange because I'm not allowed to overdraft anything to my bank account to begin with! I'd like to report this issue but I don't know how. What do I do?!
