My Account is Temporarily Limited

Yesterday, I've got an email from Paypal says "My money is now available". Because my client confirmed receipt of my virtual product/service. But when I convert the currency from US to Peso, paypal says "Your account access is temporarily limited". A also submitted my proof of ID, and proof of billing address. I hope they will get me back as soon as possible. I am new here, so I understand their precautions.  But limiting my access on my own money or account is so frustrating... Any one here who knows the faster way to restore my account please.  Thank you in advance
