My Account is Limited and I Haven't Gotten Any Help From Support

A bit of context first: I'm currently in college living with my mother, and though I make money online I have her pay the bills under her name. When my account got limited, I was told to give proof of address. The problem is that since all the bills are under her name, and I have no official documents or bank statements within the last six months, I'm unable to actually confirm the address. I've been trying to contact Customer Support through both emails and the Help Center, but with no response whatsoever. Any tips? It's been like this for over a week now, and I don't know what to do next.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

  • Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
  • Bank, credit card, or financial statement
  • Cell phone bill

Advice is voluntary.
