My Account has been locked for months

Hello,

It has been a frustrating 3 months with my paypal account locked with funds in it.

I have sent them proof of identity and they accepted it, but proof of address is left.. 

I sent them, my apartment lease contract, my driver's license (which has my address on it), and credit card statement that i brought directly from my bank (which is a partner of paypal) and nothing yet.. also note: my bank told me that paypal will accept the statement, as i repeat Cairo Amman Bank is a partner of Paypal.

i tried emailing, going on social media. but not yet called (i hear bad stuff about the phone customer service)...

How can i resolve this?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
