My Account Was Breached and No One Wants to Help Me

Someone accessed my account and stole my balance.  I opened a case and it was closed a few hours later with the response that there was no unauthorized transaction.  They said I could go to the Resolution Center and file an appeal but there is no such option .  Anyone had a similar experience and how did you resolve it?  Thanks.
