My Account Has been limited

Good day!..My account has been limited so that I cant transfer my funds to my bank accounts. How can I resolve this?..Please help me because I badly need the money. Thanks!

If its a temporary limitation then you should have options to resolve it in the resolution or message centre.

If its a permanent limitation then you should get an email after 180 days to say you can withdraw funds as long as the name on your paypal account is your legal one and you are over 18.
