I have been in discussion with a seller from China who described a mechanical toy dog which I ordered and received a little soft toy .I have tried to converse with this company who are saying they don’t understand.I have used your company for a very long time I hope you don’t ask me to go to resolution centre as I have tried and to be told contact seller this is not good.
