how can i pick up a transaction of over 2 years ago, because i purchased a item which is no longer fit for use? cheers

You only have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute, even card issuers don't give you 2 years !!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
