What procedures can i go through in order to move / transfer money from my account, which has limitations? No matter what it is i contact, PayPals twitter, the community or its chat bot no solution can be found and its frustrating. Although i mistakenly opened the account under the age of 18 i received a message within twitter DMs saying that i can either refund or withdrawn but i am given none of these options and its frustrating that no one is helping.
