Hi Everyone!
The problems with my PayPal account started when I've moved from country my account was registered in and when I lost my debit card that was linked to my account. After a while I started getting emails from service paypal that I need to proof my identity and address (ID, bank statement, utility bills) to prevent the limitation sanctions. I couldn't proof my address because: 1) I'm no longer living in the country I opened my account 2) And I don't have any property. I managed to get the utility bill but there's no my full name mentioned on it. So, now my account is permanently limited and all my funds is held for 180 days. I can't withdraw the money, because I don't have a debit card. And I can't transfer the funds into new account that I opened recently, because I couldn't proof my address.
Somebody please help me. I really need my money now. And I don't know what can I do. I'm trying to reach any specialist on twitter, facebook and in customer service chat and expalin my situation but I can't get the solution.
