I’ve been trying to get ahold of paypal on the phone for three hours and I’m getting everything extremely frustrated. Every time I get on and get to why I need to speak with somebody, as the phone starts ringing again the call just hangs up. It’s happened several times. I’ve never had this kind of customer service from anywhere before. My account keeps saying I need more information to access my funds (identity). I sent in proof about a month ago; nothing happened. I sent in different proof over a week ago, still nothing. If I wouldn’t have access to my funds, I never would’ve done it through pay pal. This needs to be fixed immediately because this is absurd!
