I guess that PayPal is still doing business with the fraudsters at Yuiyot, which exists now as an "automotive parts" shop under the same address where they used to sell video and audio electronics, the crooked omysaretues.website, where what I ordered from them no longer exists. Yesterday I received a cheap child's plastic green whistle instead of my $45.99 Elgato video capture device. I got a shipping notice email from Yuiyot or zzssbbdd126 on October 15. I followed the package through the China Post EMS tracking. They claim the order was delivered yesterday (10/20). I was delivered a child's cheap green whistle instead of a $45.99 video capture device I bought. WORST fraud I've yet experienced. Hope I can get some satisfaction with this. I tried a "new" phone number from the "new" omysaretues.website. Again, the phone number DOES NOT EXIST. They operate as if they are an American company with USA phone and agent's name and address. Just wanted to warn PayPal, because MORE fraud is on the way for deceived buyers who wander onto the crooked omysaretues.website where customers can pay for never-to-arrive products and have to go through what I and others are going through now. PULL PAYPAL FROM FRAUDULENT WEBSITES...please, PayPal, especially THIS one!

here is what paypal has to say about my case:
To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Center before November 14, 2020. We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later.
The item has to be sent to the following shipping address:
(some chinese characters which cannot post here) <removed>
The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it and you're responsible for any costs associated with the return. If you're shipping internationally, mark "Returned Cargo" on the outside of the package to avoid tax charges.
Pathetic! It's a complete fraud and Paypal is a part of it! Clearly Paypal is in the side of the fraudsters!

Just got off the omysaretues (yuiyot shop) site. Can't believe they're still operating (and still stealing peoples hard earned cash). Does PayPal really care? I notice that these thieves still have a PayPal option. I notice another "old friend" made a miraculous recovery, too:
Contact: <removed>
Office Address: <removed> Harper, TX <removed>, United States.
I did send them a message on their site. Hope you enjoy it:
"God, Wilbur, I didn't think you really still existed. How's the weather in Harper Texas? Say, what happened to my $45.99 Elgato video capture device? By the way, nice to see you're now in the home repair parts business. Should get some nice scams going there. Am SO enjoying the 5 cent plastic whistle you sent. Hope to use it to call the police on you soon. Scores of us are onto your **bleep** scheme and I and MANY others will attempt to persuade PayPal to drop you thieving rotten scammers. Why aren't you honest and call your company "Stop, Shop and Stick 'Em Up"? Chinese so good to Americans, the Wuhan Plague and now, fraudulent internet theft. Someday karma will repay find you."
Thanks for listening. PayPal, anybody home?
