I created a paypal account awhile back so that I could have a place for my government stimulus payments. Unfortunetly I ended up getting incarcerated. When I was released I logged on and to my surprise I had 2 stimulus payments posted. My money unlike myself was not released to me but it was froze up. I was also informed that I was no longer allowed to use paypal and would be unable to/access my funds. Is this right? This company sucks.
