4 payments of $500 has been transferred out of my account and for some reason I can't dispute it. I took my bank account off of my account but this is how I get paid. I am not comfortable attaching my bank account to Paypal anymore so how can I get my money and how can I be sure no one will take it? I have not been able to speak with anyone from Paypal for three days. Please someone help.

If you haven't yet done so, I recommend reporting the activity directly to PayPal. Once reported, PayPal will review and send an update to your PayPal email address. In most cases, you should receive an update within 10 days.

Thank you for responding. I tried to report it and Paypal won't let me. Each time it gives me an error message. Any other advice? Should I get a legal authority involved?

I recommend contacting PayPal's customer service teams for further assistance if you're unable to report the unauthorized activity on your end. You can click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any of any PayPal page to get a phone number to reach them at, or you can contact PayPal on Twitter (https://twitter.com/askpaypal) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/PayPal). They would be happy to take a look at what options might be available to you.
