Money taken fradulently

I recently had someoine take some money from me via fradulent payments to nintendo, is there any chance of getting my money back?

I am very sorry to hear that this happened. If a payment was made on your account without your permission you should certainly report this to us so we can investigate.
 

Here's how to report an unauthorized transaction:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Help at the top of the page.
  3. Click Resolution Center.
  4. Click Report a Problem.
  5. Select the transaction you want to dispute, and then click Continue.
  6. Select I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Follow the instructions to finish opening your dispute.

You are covered fully for any payments made through PayPal without your authorisation. If you have an agreement with Nintendo and the authorised activity is in their side you may need to contact them directly but do still report to us also so we can help in any way we can.
