My account has been permanently limited as I am under 18, I still have $50 in the balance but cannot withdraw it. I was told that PayPal would mention somewhere that it can be withdrawn after 180 days, however I haven't been told that anywhere at all. After they reviewed the documents I sent I was a little confused because they sent an email stating that any limitations on my account have been lifted, but in reality they did the exact opposite which is what I was expecting. Now I'm not sure if it was meant to say that I can withdraw the money from the account in 180 days in the email I believe I should have been sent or not. I am not sure how to proceed.
