hi can someone please help me! I purchased something from someone that looked legitimate on instagram as he had over 200k followers, the as i send him the money he blocks me and i loose all contact ive tried appealing it but paypal has done nothing 😞 thank you
If you sent payment as goods and services, you should be able to file a dispute. Click the transaction, then click "Report a problem". Usually if it was for an item to be shipped, file the dispute after 7 days (to allow time for seller to ship) as you have 180 days to file a dispute. If it lets you file a dispute now, go ahead and do that.
