Money sent to wrong recipient/email and paypal closed it out stating no issue

$15 sent to a wrong recipient on 08/30/20. Explained and reported the case under "unauthorized transaction" and they just closed out the case a few hours later stating it was not unauthorized. I guess they don't read what is written because I clearly said I sent it to a wrong person. Maybe the category was mislabeled, but now I cannot go back and re-file the claim because they say once closed it's a done deal. 

 

Called the CS and it tells me to go online and no live agent available either phone or online. So I learned my lesson that this is what I get from Paypal.
