I received a money request from a fraudulent account that is asking me for 10$ for help!! I have never encountered such **bleep** before. I have no idea how they got my paypal account information but I did not decline nor pay that. I want to know how i can report such account to block him. I tried reporting a problem but I wasn't able because i need to decline the payment. I wanna know if it is safe to decline the payment and what is the right way to deal with such piracy?
