So i dont know to whom am i suppose to write so i am just going to post it here until someone helps me out, thank you!So i payed for a book in ebay and when the book wasnt available the seller(the_nile) apologized and said:Please contact Paypal this number <removed> for further assistance. Kind regards, Aljohn The Nile So the number(if its a contact number) doesnt seem to have neither viber or whatsapp.Help?

If you would like to appeal the outcome of a claim you may be able to do so within 10 days of case closure by following these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com
2. Click ‘Resolution Centre’ near the top of the page.
3. Select 'Closed cases' in the drop down menu and find the claim you wish to view.
4. Click ‘Appeal’ in the action column.
5. Provide information for your appeal and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to appeal the case on your PayPal account, please contact us via phone, email, Facebook or Twitter.
