I ahev made a payment to a money pool for an item and it's been 3 weeks and imatill,have not recieved item..is there a way to,get my money back or file a complaint
A money pool is set up for personal 'gift' payments to someone raising money for a 'cause' ie birthday gift from several people or retirement present etc.
It is never used to purchase items or services.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
