I placed an order on Cardkingdom.com and after finalizing everything and placed my order, i got the confirmation and the email. 6 days later, i check the confirmation and it says "unpaid - contact customer service". So I called them and they said my order number is invalid and doesn't exist. The money was deducted and on hold. Since they can't refund me, is there anything I can do to get back my money? it was a large sum and I can't afford to place the order again somewhere else.
