Hi, I recently filed a chargeback claim for unauthorized transactions and I won the case. I went to the resolution center and it said my case was resolved and it claimed my money was refunded. I checked my transaction history and it said paypal transferred me $39 but the money wasn’t in my balance. Then I checked my card balance and it wasnt their either. p.s I used to a prepaid vanilla visa gift card for payment
