There was recently an unauthorized purchase from my account. A cousin came over, somehow got access to my Paypal account through my computer and bought some paid items on a Minecraft server. I have requested a chargeback and it was accepted by Paypal, but it's been over a month since it's been accepted and the money is not in my bank account yet. What to do about this? I have already contacted PayPal but a robot answered.
