Money is billed without buying or receiving anything.

Hey There

Three days ago I noticed money was being billed to my paypal account.
I have 2 step verification so I should receive a text if I want to buy something with paypal.
However, money is charged. I didnt buy anything and no one else can without my phone.
I always have my phone in my pocket and no one knows my phone code of paypal code.

I am kinda freaking out but I cant reach anyone from paypal.

What should I do to prevent losing money?

I tried to report it but the button just isn't working...
